My experience with special needs children...

yes I worked at a school with children who had autism who were non verbal. That experience gave me a whole new outlook on life. My grandmother is vision impaired as well as my niece. I also have a brother who is non verbal and has had several different challenges his whole life. So my whole life I’ve been aware and around many different people who may look different than me or have a different lifestyle. I respect and care for others as if they are my own family. It’s only right.

The most important part about being a nanny...

just being able to to be with the kids and hear what they have to say. Seeing them learn and grow smile and be happy. Kid are absolutely funny they are the purest people truly Gods gift.
