Hello! My name is Shanice. I’m a proud mother of three, and caring for children has always been one of my greatest joys. At 22, I opened my own daycare, which quickly grew into a successful, loving environment for children of all ages—until COVID unfortunately forced me to close.
I truly believe every child is uniquely special and learns from the love, patience, and guidance they receive early in life. I’m kind, uplifting, and deeply compassionate. I strive to bring positivity and encouragement to every child and family I work with.
I’m currently attending Rasmussen University, pursuing my degree in Surgical Technology, which has strengthened my organization and time-management skills. Over the years, I’ve cared for children of all ages, including those with autism, and I’ve learned how to tune into their needs—even when they can’t express them in words.
My goal is always to create a safe, happy, and nurturing space where children feel valued and inspired to grow.
