Jewish community center, Westside. I was there for 6 1/2 years and was an assistant with the pre-K class and lead teacher with the three-year-old class during that time.
I also worked as a nanny for the Harris family and the Walt family.
I am now working at a children’s lighthouse in the infant 2 class, and frequently help out with the infant one class.

I love coming up with art activities and sensory activities as well as homemade projects. I love to try new things.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think one of the most important parts about being a nanny is helping a child feel loved and safe in whatever environment they are in, so that they are free to learn and experience new things, happily. I have to say I’m a little bit old-school and safety is a big issue with me.! A safe child is a happy child!
My experience with special needs children...
I have had experience with a four-year-old who had diabetes. She had to have a blood test several times a day.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I wouldn’t say I have one particular favorite moment, but I always love reading to children and learning about their personalities. Every child has something special about them. I love to be able to make them laugh.
