A little bit about me

Hello my name is Shannon. I am 41 years old and have raised 3 boys as a single mother. Their ages are 19, 21 and 23. All of my children have graduated from High school. My oldest is a Manager for a major grocery store in our area, my middle son just returned from deployment in April of this year and my youngest just graduated from North High school and has already enlisted in the Army scheduled to go to basic training this summer then return to attend Iowa State pursuing a degree in sports medicine. I have been a supervisor at the Boys and Girls home as well as the shelter manager for the Crittenton youth shelter prior to its closing earlier this year. I strongly believe in consistency and structure as this gives children the chance to become their own person while understanding the importance of the key elements of life; respect, honesty, hard work and following rules.
