During my time in childcare. I have experienced all different types of children with special needs. I have had students that bite kick and scream. I've also had students that would run out of classes. Each student that I had that had special needs. I took my time to understand work with the parents and his teachers so that all of us can be on one accord.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I had a child that I had for over 2 years, and the parents had moved a little further so they decided to hire someone closer to them, but unfortunately the child did not respond well to the other nannies. So 3 weeks later I was getting a call back to come back.
