Hi, Shanteah here. I’m currently a college student looking for a job and I have always been great with kids. I grew up taking care of children in my family and community, which gave me early experience in understanding and supporting their needs. Most recently, I worked as a therapist assistant for children with behavior challenges and Autism. The children truly adored me because I could connect with them, understand their emotions, and respond with patience and care. I loved that job and learned so much about empathy, communication, and problem-solving. Working with children has taught me how to create a safe, encouraging, and fun environment where they feel supported and understood. I enjoy finding creative ways to engage them in learning and play while helping them grow and develop. I am eager to bring my energy, dedication, and passion for helping children to a new role where I can make a meaningful difference every day.
