She started when our younger one was an infant, and transitioned him under our instructions to one nap and fully on solid food after he turned one. she incorporated our potty training techniques successfully. She plays with them, feeds and takes them to naps. she is always fast to adapt. Sharon is very patient, we feel safe having her taking care of our kids. I highly recommend Sharon!
