Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked as a substitute teacher at Wildflower Cottage for Children for four months. During this time, I gained experience working with children as young as 6 months up to 6 years old, providing a nurturing and engaging environment. Additionally, I contributed to the summer camp program, where I worked with children aged 8 to 10.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to play with children and engage in both outdoor and indoor activities with them. Outdoor activities are a favorite of mine, as I enjoy incorporating nature into their play. Whether it’s exploring the garden or playing in the dirt, I find it rewarding to see children experience the freedom to explore and be themselves. I don’t mind getting dirty and believe that nature offers endless opportunities for fun and learning. Indoors, I enjoy playing pretend games like kitchen or any activity that the child wants to do. My goal is always to create a joyful and enriching environment that fosters creativity and happiness.

My experience with special needs children...

I have a close friendship with a family who has children with special needs. Although I don’t have personal experience babysitting children with special needs, I have interacted with them on various occasions. Through these interactions, I’ve gained a better understanding of their unique needs and the importance of patience, empathy, and adaptability. My experiences have taught me how to communicate effectively and provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all children.
