I think what matters the most is making them your top priority, always make sure they are taken care of Nd show that you care and let them know you’re always there for them. Also Having a little fun, but for parents to get a break could be a bit stressful and I get it! Having someone to help you is a big thing and sometimes you just want to breathe not overly well yourself it’s okay to want someone there. And me I’m here and glad to help and be there.
