The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is building a trusting relationship with the children. Creating a safe and nurturing environment allows them to feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring their creativity, and developing emotionally. This connection not only fosters their growth but also makes the experience rewarding for both the children and myself.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when I spent an entire afternoon playing and creating with the kids. We built a fort out of pillows, painted colorful pictures, and laughed together. Seeing their joy and creativity in action made the experience truly special and reminded me why I love working with children.

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Miami, FL: Erika G.
My name is Erika Grados, and I have dedicated the past 14 years of my career to supporting young children and their families through Early Intervention. During that time, I partnered with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, developmental therapists, behavioral specialists, and parents to help babies and toddlers reach their developmental potential. This experience taught me that every child is unique and that meaningful growth happens when children feel safe, understood, and supported.
My approach to childcare is calm, patient, nurturing, and respectful. I believe that the emotional and physical well-being of every child should always come first.
I believe in working as a team with parents because they know their child better than anyone else.
I am dependable, organized, observant, and committed to creating a safe, loving, and enriching environment.
