Hello, my name is Shelby!

I have been a full-time nanny in the past working for a family with two children, one of which has special needs. I have worked as an elementary school teacher both in the general education setting and in the ese setting. I have also worked as a self-contained ESE high school teacher. I have work with the special needs population for many years and have acquired my master's in special education.

I have a passion for working with kids, but I am looking to leave the public education system. I hope to find a job where I can not only help nourish the development of the child but become a part of the family.

I hope to implement my experience in education to create an environment focused on growth, fun, and education!
