I love spending time outside with kids—whether we're swimming in the pool, playing at the park, or even just getting our hands dirty! I also love coming up with crafts based on holidays, their interests, or whatever we have available. I like letting children take the lead and following their interests while guiding them through activities that encourage creativity, independence, and the development of their motor and cognitive skills.

I believe one of the most important parts of being a nanny is being on the same page as the parents. Parents know their children best, and I want to work together with them to create a consistent, supportive environment where each child can feel safe, have fun, and grow!

I have experience working with children with various special needs, including children with autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. I understand that every child has unique needs, strengths, communication styles, and routines. I pay close attention to parents' instructions and preferences and am comfortable learning and following individualized requests.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nannying experiences was spending a summer with a family whose four children were ages 1, 2, 3, and 4. We swam together almost every day, and I loved watching each child grow in confidence and ability in the water throughout the summer. Seeing them become more comfortable, try new things, and get excited about something they had once been nervous about was so rewarding. It was a great reminder of how meaningful it is to be part of a child's growth and development.
