Though I have little "paid" nanny experience, I have seven of my own children, and have had several other children in and out of our home because pf their own family issues. So they come to our home to be safe.
I have been head of the nursery and nursery aid at church. I have ran a children's choir and have done Awanas for 10 years being a Sparks leader, TnT leader and Cubbies director. Also, I have had many opportunities to help lead in VBS, leading in music, first aid, and childcare.
