My favorite moment being a nanny was watching the child that was I cared for from a baby to high school. and all through the learning process as they read their first book independently. Seeing their excitement and confidence grow was incredibly rewarding. Being part of their small but important milestones, and knowing I helped support their development, made the experience truly special and fulfilling.
