I love planning fun, sensory activities and lessons. Arts and crafts, outdoor games, always getting creative to keep my clients entertained. I love when they have art or stories to share with parents at the end of the day.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Working with children is really fulfilling and purpose driven for me. I have a natural gift with kids and always make sure the little ones feel seen heard and cared for. Being able to make a positive impact on their lives means the world to me. I always try to be the best person I can be to set a great example for the youth.
I am a people person and really enjoy connecting with the parents as well and lending a helping hand, because I understand how demanding this world is.
Parents deserve to have their own time too and be able to focus on their work and relationships as well as being a parent.

I am also engaged and looking forward to starting my own family one day.

My experience with special needs children...

CBT/RBT - provide ABA Therapy to help children on the spectrum improve their Behavioral skills. Create and follow treatment plans, track data. Always put my best foot forward. Remain calm in high stress situations. Have worked with non verbal children, self injury, etc. use my years or experience & training to always maintain a SAFE and positive environment. Follow training closely to use proper technique in self injury/ property damage scenarios.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I worked with a little girl from when she was was 7-10 years old. I have 2 favorite moments. First was the day that we walked in along the neighborhood creek acting like forest fairies. We spent hours outside that day, catching little bugs, exploring, laughing, playing in the water.

I also felt great gratitude watching her improve in school from the countless hours of homework and tutoring we did. Even though it was hard in the moment sometimes, she was so excited when she got an A on her test and was understanding the school work better. I picked her up from school and she was so excited to show me how good she did on the test we studied so hard for.

I watched her all throughout Covid so not only was I her nanny, I was her caregiver, teacher, tutor, therapist, she became like a second little sister to me.
