It’s also about providing a caring and supportive environment where they feel valued and secure. Having a regular routine with meals, naps, and bedtime helps kids feel stable and know what to expect. Engaging them in fun and educational activities. Good communication with both the kids and their parents is crucial to make sure everyone’s on the same page about what’s going on. And being flexible to each child’s unique needs and personality is super important for creating a positive and responsive experience. It's all about providing great care and making sure your kids are happy and safe.

My favorite nanny moment has to be watching Disney’s The Princess and the Frog with the kids and making beignets together. It’s such a fun experience to share the magic of the movie and the joy of fresh, homemade sweet treats.
