Howdy, Y'all! I am a first-time mom to a 9-month-old daughter, 27 years old, and married to my sweetheart, Travis. We also share our home with our Border Collie/Australian Shephard, Blue, and our tabby cat, Ellie. I am currently a high school English teacher and Debate coach and am seeking other employment that allows for more time with my daughter while continuing to have a positive impact on children. I have my own reliable transportation, am non-smoking, and am willing to help out with errands or housework. I love working with children of all ages and needs! I enjoy copious amounts of reading, going for walks, and crafts and love looking for creative ways to include baby! I am currently a high school English teacher and Debate coach. Before teaching high school, I was going to school for elementary education. I am the oldest of 4 siblings, and my husband and I welcomed our daughter in April of 2020! My life has always been focused on caring for others, typically children, and I hope to continue this!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love coming up with creative ways to keep children of all age ranges engaged and learning! I enjoy crafts, science experiments, outdoor activities, imaginative play, music, and reading, just to name a few! I typically let them lead where our adventures will go!

My experience with special needs children...

I have been trained to work with numerous abilities being a high school teacher, and previously elementary education trained. I also volunteered in the special needs ministry at my church until my daughter was born.
