The most important thing to me about being a nanny/mother is taking the time to actually understand and listen to your children. Also I love watching them grow into the young individuals they may become :)
My experience with special needs children...
My son does have a small case of autism so I am pretty patient and understanding when it comes to children especially when they have random outbursts. I have found that counting helps my son relax and doing that ends the outbursts.
