I have a lot of experience working with children with special needs, I am a Registered Behavioral Technician and I have also worked as a Mental Health Technician at Baptist with their adult and children’s unit .

My favorite nanny moment is when a child says something funny and it’s like “how did you know that?” Kids truly are hilarious and will say anything that comes to mind. Of course if it isn’t appropriate ,redirection is best !
