The most important part about being a nanny...
Most important part would have to be patience. The patience to listen. The patience to teach them new things. The patience to show them how to handle difficult situations and a way to speak their truth.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is just hanging out with children. They are unpredictable and always say what’s on their mind! Conversation are always funny with them. I just enjoy listening.

Live-In Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Phoenix, AZ: Nicole R.
I am a devoted Lead Nanny and early developmental specialist who brings equal parts clinical-level expertise, proactive structure, and genuine warmth into your home. My foundation in caregiving began at age 15 assisting my mother, a postpartum doula, which instilled in me a deep, intuitive attunement to newborns, infants, and mothers. In my professional career, I don't just supervise children—I step in as a proactive partner to take complete ownership of daily routines, physical milestones, and whole-child wellness. Beyond my direct work with families, I serve as a Lead Nanny who supervises and trains over 65 nannies in early childhood best practices, and I am the founder of Shekinah House, a non-profit dedicated to female empowerment. When you welcome me into your home, you gain a fierce advocate for your child’s safety, health, and happiness.

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Phoenix, AZ: Salean L.
Hello! My name is Salean. I'm a mother to a toddler boy and I have several nieces and nephews I have taken care of for many years! I grew up babysitting all of my younger brothers friends and all the kids of other parents during PTA meetings and other parent events at the elementary school. I have been babysitting friends children as well for the past couple years. I'm looking into getting an early childhood education certificate and I'd love to have even more experience under my belt when I get into that! I'd love to have more children of my own, but my situation will not permit. So instead, I'd love to help you take care of your little family in any way I can! I've always had such a deep love for babies and younger children. They have such wonder for the world and their eyes are always full of excitement! I'd love to be your babysitter! Who knows, our kids may end up friends as well!
