A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Sitka. I’ve worked for two years at a daycare on Pender Island, facilitating child lead play, and nature based learning for children ages 1-5. I am ECEA certified. I also have expirience nannying and babysitting, and leading kids camps for 8-12 yr olds. I’m now moving to Victoria in December and would love another job in childcare. I enjoy organizing activities, providing calm and welcoming environments, and making children feel empowered, and proud of themselves in their growing skills. I can look after 8 kids by myself, depending on their needs and ages, so big families welcome!
