My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with two different families over the span of my childcare career. Who had special needs children on the spectrum. I would work with both mom and dad to understand what they are implementing for their child. And adjust as time went along based off of their outside care. Such as their therapist or counselor.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment- is always seeing the giggles. The two front teeth with the big grin. Priceless !
