The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part about being a nanny is being able to see the growth mentally, emotionally and physically through the challenges that kids go through each day. Being a supporter and a positive role model for children is extremely important because as a nanny you can show them how to deal with certain emotions and disappointments in life
My experience with special needs children...
I grew up with a sister who has autism - Asperger’s to be specific, so growing up, I’ve had to help her with different obstacles. I worked at a daycare for a year and I have been the teacher who helps the children with special needs. I have worked 1-1 with different special needs children and I have enjoyed it.
