Hello! My name is Sofia, 36, and grew up in Friendswood TX. I began my journey in childcare at the age of 14. In High School, my English teacher quickly noticed my joyful and calm natured character and immediately referred me to an amazing family in need of help with 2 babies. I stayed with them for 8 years and was even a lifeguard for their birthday parties. After the kiddos outgrew me, I realized that my passion was in childcare. I then moved on to working at Montessori school where I was assigned to care for newborns! I absolutely loved it! It was such an honor helping exhausted parents who saw me and instantly felt relieved knowing their precious babies were in great loving hands. My main priority is to bring peace of mind to parents, assist in any way needed, and ensure you that your child is in the absolute best care! I love working nights, I’m a night owl. I am flexible. For newborns: Ensuring baby is happy and comfortable at all times, swaddling, feeding, changing diapers, sterilizing bottles/breast pumps, gentle tummy massages for colic, I enjoy ensuring that the baby is completely at peace while parents can get a full nights rest!
