One of my most memorable moments was on a really hot summer day. The kids were a bit cranky because of the heat, so I decided to set up a fun water day in the backyard. We filled up small buckets, had water balloons and even made a little splash station with cups and sponges. They ended up laughing so much and completely forgot about the heat. We finished with popsicles, and they told their parents it was the best day ever.
