To me, being a nanny means showing up fully for the family and kiddoes in my care. Safety, clear communication, and a partnership between parents/guardians and myself are all important aspects of nannying to me.
My experience with special needs children...
As a Pre-k teacher I worked with students on individualized learning plans, and have experience with kiddoes who have ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, speech delays, and TBIs.
