"Sophie did an excellent job caring for our children. She is very capable and trustworthy. we were very happy with her service. She uses good judgement and makes good decisions in situations with little guidance. She was able to handle challenges that arose and informed us of any issues or concerns.
She has a natural ease with children and is well equipped to care for them and have fun with them. She is competent and thoughtful, and we never had any concern about safety. She is good at getting the kids to nap and she is very calm and patient. She deals with bad behavior well and always had an appropriate reaction and maintains a positive attitude. She genuinely enjoys spending time with kids and there is a lot of laughter between her and the kids who looked forward to seeing her every day. She is creative and playful with activities and games.
