A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Stacey, and I’m excited to start my career caring for children. I’m patient, dependable, and calm, and I enjoy helping kids learn, play, and follow routines in a positive environment.

I’ve completed a a child development course, which gave me a good foundation for understanding how children grow and learn. I’m comfortable supporting structured activities like crafts, games, and storytime, while always prioritizing safety.

I’m comfortable following family routines, rules, and instructions, and I’m happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, homework, and bedtime routines. I aim to be someone parents can trust to care for their children responsibly.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have some experience helping care for my younger sister. During this time, I’ve developed patience, responsibility, and the ability to engage and support a child’s needs in everyday situations. Though I’m new to professional babysitting, I’m eager to grow and apply these skills in a more formal setting.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy a variety of indoor activities, including imaginative play, building with blocks, and playing with toys. I like supporting early learning through reading, writing, and basic math using age-appropriate activities like worksheets, flashcards, or other interactive activities. I would also include creative activities such as coloring, drawing, painting, puzzles, and simple crafts, and occasionally movie time if allowed.

I encourage outdoor play and spending time outside, whether it’s outdoor activities or simple walks to explore nature.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is having patience and actively engaging with the child to support their growth and happiness. Keeping the child safe and cared for is my top priority. Equally important is building a trusting, reliable, responsible, and respectful relationship with the parents to ensure clear communication and peace of mind.

I’ve been helping take care of my niece since she was born (she’s 9 now), so I’m really used to being around kids and handling different situations. I’m also reliable and take things seriously when it comes to safety, but I still like making sure kids have fun too.

Hello! My name is Leilani and I have lots of experience with taking care of children from ages 4-15. I get most of my experience from volunteering at summer camps every year. My responsibilities are to make sure the child is fed, cleaned/showered, and happy! Many activities go on through out the day so I have to make sure the child is safe. More of my personal experience comes from my sibling and family friends who ask me to babysit for them. The same responsibilities above apply to those people as well. I have my mandated reporter certificate as well as a certificate in the knowledge and prevention of sexual and general abuse. I have my license and my own car if needed! Hi there!

I am a dedicated caregiver with a unique background that blends a passion for childcare with a professional degree in Industrial Design. This allows me to bring a highly creative and structured approach to your home, where I don't just "watch" children, but actively engage them in artistic exploration and developmental play.

My goal is to foster a warm, peaceful, and organized environment. Whether we are practicing drawing techniques, painting, or working on age-appropriate crafts, I love helping children discover their own creativity. Beyond the arts, I am deeply committed to maintaining a tidy home, preparing nutritious meals, and ensuring a secure, emotionally supportive atmosphere.
