I love just holding babies , as they grow, I can help along the journey. I think its important to follow parents guidelines and tune in to how they feel is a good structure. Babies as well as kids grow in their own time and they will let you know when they are ready for next stage. Being a grandma now, I'm fully enjoy watching my 4month old and sometimes he wants tummy time sometimes he wants to sleep. he's soo alert and loves watching all his people. What a joy and privilege to help love and guide and watch these tiny humans grow

The most important part about being a nanny...
one of my favorite memories is watching 2 little sisters. Absolutely loved being apart of their sweet family. I helped watch them when mom and dad were busy. loved doing outside activities and just hanging out watching them. I would join the family for dinner on occasion, great experience, being there to give parents a quite time while I would care for their kids and have many lasting conversations and connections
