Hello! My name is Stephanie and I would love to help out your family!
Previously I nannied for a family in Uptown for three and a half years, but they moved at the end of last year and I have been working temporary nanny jobs since then. I have over 15 years of childcare behind me. I babysat on my own for several years growing up, and for the past 10 years have been working for an agency in the city. I have experience in all ages, but infants and newborns are my favorite. I am a huge fan of gentle/authoritative parenting and believe a happy child comes from communication and treating your little one as human while still setting boundaries and guiding them in the right direction. My biggest goal is to keep your kid(s) happy, healthy, and having fun. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love walks, playing at the parks, singing and dancing with kids, and chatting about everything. I also love doing crafts and going to the local libraries! When kiddo is old enough I would love to help getting them involved in park district programs and having play days at play gyms!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I always have some part of my hair dyed, it’s my favorite way to express myself. Recently, a 2yo I was babysitting smiled up at me and said “I love your blue feathers!” Best compliment I ever got on my dyed bangs for sure lol!
