Hi, I’m Stephanie — founder of Night Nite Baby and a proud caregiver with over 35 years of hands-on experience supporting families through every stage of early childhood. From newborn care to overnight sleep support, from postpartum recovery to toddler routines, I’ve dedicated my life to nurturing babies and empowering parents.

What sets me apart is the depth of my experience and the heart I bring to every home I step into. I’ve worked with first-time moms, NICU graduates, reflux babies, twins, and everything in between. I specialize in creating calm, consistent routines that help babies thrive and give parents peace of mind — whether that’s helping a newborn sleep through the night or guiding a family through the first weeks home from the hospital.

I’m not just a night nanny — I’m a certified Infant Sleep Specialist, postpartum care expert, and doula. My goal is always the same: to help parents feel supported, rested, and confident and to care for their baby as if they were my own.
