More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have a strong and diverse background in childcare, built over many years of hands-on experience in a variety of settings. I began babysitting at the age of 10, developing a deep understanding of children’s needs from an early age. Over the years, I’ve cared for children of all ages, supporting families by providing a safe and engaging environment.
I’ve also worked with children whose parents were enrolled in parenting classes, offering nurturing care during an important time of growth for both the children and their families. In addition, I have experience working within school settings, supporting students in their learning and social development. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and create positive, structured routines that help children feel secure and supported.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love creating fun, enriching experiences for the kids I care for, and I believe in balancing creativity, play, and learning in everyday activities. One of my favorite things to do is arts and crafts—it's such a great way for kids to express themselves and develop fine motor skills. I enjoy projects like making paper plate animals, seasonal crafts (like handprint turkeys or snowflake art), and DIY painting or sensory activities. I always try to tailor the activities to the child's age and interests.
I also believe it’s really important for children to get fresh air and move their bodies every day. I enjoy taking kids on walks, visiting the local park, or just exploring nature together. I also love planning fun outings like trips to the zoo, children's museums, or any child-friendly events or spaces where they can learn and explore in an interactive way.
My goal is always to keep kids engaged, active, and smiling while helping them learn through play and real-world experiences.

The most important part about being a nanny...
he most important part of being a nanny is building a trusting, supportive relationship with both the children and their parents. Kids need to feel safe, loved, and understood in order to thrive, and as a nanny, I’m not just there to supervise—I’m there to nurture, guide, and be a consistent, positive presence in their lives.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One evening I was babysitting a very imaginative 5-year-old who insisted we play “restaurant.” He took my order very seriously, scribbled it on a sticky note, and ran off to the play kitchen. Ten minutes later, he came back holding a plastic banana, a toy dinosaur, and a shoe. He slammed them down in front of me and said, “Here’s your spaghetti, with extra meatballs and a side of toothpaste.”
I said, “toothpaste??”
He nodded and whispered, “Because we’re out of ketchup.”

I have two years of experience taking care of kids, and I love having fun while helping them learn and grow. Whether it's making things together as a team, playing games, or helping with school projects, I enjoy using my creativity. I enjoy taking pictures as a hobby, which allows me to use my imagination and creativity to edit.
Helping others has always been one of my talents, and I enjoy spending time with tiny people because it makes me feel happy. Family coworkers allowed me take care of their children by feeding them, ensuring they napped, making sure they were having wonderful time while learning and exploring, as well making sure they were joyful. I enjoy providing a nurturing environment while learning a lot and meeting your family's needs.I'm thrilled to combine my love and creativity in a part-time nanny position.
