One of my favorite parts of being a nanny is watching the children grow and reach new milestones. I love seeing their personalities develop, helping them learn new skills, and building such a close bond that they feel safe, happy, and loved. It's especially rewarding when the families stay in touch over the years and I get to see the children grow up. Knowing I've made a positive difference in their lives is the most meaningful part of my job.
