I have worked for the past year at a local Montessori classroom where I was an Inclusion/one-one teacher. Prior to that, I was a full charge nanny for one child for 5.5 years.

I love, love, LOVE being outdoors so any time the children and I can be outside we are! Whether it be scooting to the area park/playground, going on a scavenger hunt, a leisurely walk, swimming, splashing in puddles, there is always something to do!

My 19 mth old charge had been observing me dispense ice cubes from the refrigerator and wanted to do so himself. So, he walked over to the broom closet, grabbed an extension rod, walked back to the refrigerator, aligned the rod to the dispenser and proceeded to repetitively push the dispenser and watch the ice fall to the floor. He sat there for 20 minutes doing this. It was amazing!
