Create that bond that one time I had with my nanny and that even though I missed my mom my nanny made me feel safe and comfortable she loved me like one of her children so that’s the same approach that I have with the kids I take care create that same bond so they don’t feel the absence of the parents so they can go to work without worrying that their kids were crying.
