The most important part about being a nanny...
Being 100%, fully there and present for the child.
As a P.E. teacher, I have seen how kids notice when adults aren't fully present with them or giving them the attention they want so badly. I have seen how it affects them and puts them down.
So to me, it is SO important to be present when a kid is telling me something they are excited about for example:)

When I heard this 7 month old baby girl laugh for the first time! It was SO precious!
