More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked at OPAII through my high school’s early childhood education program. I worked from January 2022- May 2022, as well as from January 2023- May 2023. During these times, I worked with preschoolers. I also have experience babysitting children in my neighborhood, ranging from 6 months to 12 years old. Lastly, I have worked with children through the rec department, as well as at training facilities in all aspects of softball. From catching to hitting lessons, I have helped countless children perfect their game.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing all sorts of activities with children! From picking flowers to playing kickball, I am down to play whatever interests your child. A few of my favorite activities include making ice cream sundaes, random dance parties, and making slime (outside). I also have 13 years of experience with softball, so if your child needs any help fixing a swing, throwing a ball, or understanding the game- I am here to help!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny for me is to be able to be someone a child can feel safe with when their parents are unavailable. Some of my happiest memories as a child were playing with my little sister and nanny. I hope that I can be the role model to children that I used to look up to.

My experience with special needs children...

While I have not exclusively worked with special needs children, I have worked with several in group settings. I am confident in my ability to work with children with special needs because I have taken several psychology classes, and truly understand the ins and outs of how to best suit any child’s needs. I am also willing to take any other classes deemed necessary upon request.
