A little bit about me

Creating a safe and loving environment for children is a goal that I have for every family that I step into. Being active and engaging with creative minds is mostly how I connect with children. I am more than comfortable with infants and young children. I have experience as a nanny, in school settings and as an RBT for kiddos 2-8 with autism. Most recently I was a lead teacher in a 12-18 month old classroom as well as an assistant teacher in a 6 week to 12 month classroom. Safety is also always a priority when being around young children. I worked as an RBT for 3 years total for kiddos 2 years to 7 years old. I absolutely loved my job and watching the children flourish under the care we provided. Behavioral ‘challenges’ do not bother me.

The most important part about being a nanny...

There have been so many since all of my kiddos are so special. Off the top of my head my favorite has been watching one of my littles walk for the first time and the excitement on her face when she realized what she was doing.
