Hello, my name is Sydni. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I enjoy living an active lifestyle, one that provides opportunities within the community and with nature. I love being outdoors, traveling and having new adventures. I do not have children of my own but, I love, worked, coached and nannied children. I am very family oriented. I believe children should express themselves and learn as they go, while they are given structure and guidance. When indoors, I love writing, crafting, reading, cooking, and occasionally watching a movie. I would love the opportunity to inspire young individuals to enjoy life to the fullest.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have coached high school age children in soccer and basketball. I have worked with a special needs, in and out of a classroom. I have taught children of all kinds from elementary to high school age in physical education college courses and in a day care/sports complex job. I have watched children of parents in the military and many family members children in their homes, as well as, mine.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy many indoor and outdoor activities. You name it. Also, I am willing to try something I haven't done.

I think the most important part about being a nanny is patience, kindness and honesty.

My experience with special needs children...

My first experience was right out of high school. I worked at a sports complex/ day care. It was diverse with special needs, as well, as not, ages 1 - 16. I had experience in my classes in college. Understanding special needs physical behavior and how to accommodate with their activity levels. My most recent experience is working as a paraprofessional at a high school.
