I'm a caregiver/nanny, as I'm a mother as well. I was a caregiver/nanny to a 6 year old autism child who I sat for through a friend for 2 years, I left because dad passed away and child had no mother involved. I have also babysat for two siblings(brother & sister), he was 2 & his sister was 6 months for a year. I had to leave due to my regular job in being a caregiver. I'm very caring and patient, and love being around children as well as animals. I'm organized and attentive, and I can cook.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Reading, hide & seek, going to the park, the zoo, playing board games, singing songs & dancing. Coloring, drawing with paints, swimming, watching Disney movies, building forts.

When I first sat for a 2 year old, was very shy for a day or two. A couple days later, he slowly sat down next to me and put his head on my shoulder while we were watching his favorite Disney movie Coco. I knew we'd be buddies from then on. His sister that was 6 months, I took her outside to their kiddie pool, put her in the pool and watched her laugh and splash her brother, that was an awesome day for all of us
