I also do calm down jars and pillow/ plush making! Crafts are a great way to relieve stress and stimulate your brain. Measuring, cutting, and precision are valuable tools that people of all ages can learn through crafting.

I have cared for children with physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy, cleft palate, and hearing impairment, as well as children with cognitive disabilities. I have a special place in my heart for differently abled kiddos. As an adult diagnosed with ADHD, I know how incredibly intelligent and capable every child is. All they need is support and love!!!
