Being patient is the most crucial aspect of being a nanny. Each child is unique and has distinct learning styles. Gaining more insight and getting to know the child may also benefit the parents by enabling them to recognize their child's preferences and dislikes!

I have never before worked with a child who has special needs! However, I believe there won't be any issues if you advise me on what to do and what not to do. As I have with every child I have worked with, treat them with respect!!
