I'm a 20-year-old student-athlete majoring in physical education, aspiring to become an elementary school gym teacher. Currently, I have the opportunity to work with children in elementary schools as a lead coach. I love doing this role because kids are such a joy to be around; they bring life and enthusiasm to each day, making everything feel lively and full of fun. Their energy is contagious, and it's rewarding to see them develop their skills while I guide and encourage them in their physical activities. I’ve spent 5 years learning how to care for children with special needs, as I am an aunt with a niece who has autism. She has taught me communication skills in ways I never thought possible. Being her teacher and student have helped encourage and support my journey into teaching young minds.Lastly I just what to be role model for children and learn from them so I can be the best teacher in the near future and I’m committed to their development make me an ideal candidate for this.
