I’ve worked as a personal nanny for multiple families, which gave me hands-on experience with daily routines, meal prep, learning activities, and creating a safe, structured environment. I also volunteered at a daycare for several months, where I learned how to manage multiple children at once and support different developmental stages.

In addition, I’ve worked in a nursing home, which strengthened my compassion, attentiveness, and sense of responsibility. That experience really taught me how important patience and dependable care are.

What’s most important to me as a nanny is making the entire family feel comfortable and supported. I believe strong relationships are built on trust and open communication. When parents feel confident in the person caring for their child, it creates a healthy, positive environment for everyone. My goal is always to build meaningful connections that can last a lifetime. Trust, honesty, and consistent communication are the foundation of the care I provide.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments as a nanny are simply having fun with the kids. Playing games, dancing, singing, and especially celebrating together during the holidays. I love creating joyful memories, whether it’s decorating, doing themed crafts, or just being silly and enjoying the moment. What means the most to me, though, is building a genuine connection. Once a child feels safe and trusts you, they really open up and become more comfortable being themselves. Being someone they can laugh with, talk to, and feel secure around is truly the most rewarding part of nannying for me.
