Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to do any type of S.T.E.A.M. activity with children. Arts and crafts are my absolute favorite especially if it requires a little mess. Also, being outdoors and observing and interacting with our natural surroundings is quite fun for me. A child’s imagination can turn a simple walk into the most incredible adventure.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with children diagnosed with: ADHD, ODD, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy, and Autism. I am always willing to learn, follow specific routines, and take extra measures to maintain the safety and happiness of the child. If I work with a child that requires extra care, I will ask many initial questions and provide more updates throughout the day just to make sure I am doing what’s best for them.
