Later, I transitioned to working in a daycare setting, honing my skills and understanding the unique needs of children. In 2023, an exciting opportunity led me to become a live-out nanny—a role I wholeheartedly embraced. Until the family relocates in July, I am fully dedicated to providing exceptional care and support.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love being outdoors for just taking a nature walk to playing at the park. I love cooking and baking giving them a little experience with that safely of course. I love coming up with crafts and science projects to do on a rainy day. Playing imaginary games and with their toys. I try my best to avoid electronics at all times, but I love to read books quick books or chapter books to be able to continue reading throughout the day or throughout the week. Swimming and if I’m allowed taking them to fun museums, trampoline parks and stores to socialize them and get them more active and outside to have fun. I love karaoke nights or days and dance parties are always the best, I’m a master at building pillow forts.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important thing about being a nanny one safety and I would say right next to it is being able to understand the baby or child you are working with their ques and just their mood to be able to tell how they are feeling or what they want by how they act or what they are trying to say when they can’t really verbalize how they feel or what they want .

My experience with special needs children...

I use to volunteer at the Special Olympics and working in a daycare. I’ve had some experience with some children, toddlers age and in at least first or second grade for online school.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments are when the baby comes to me at random times throughout the day to either hug me or just rest on my lap for a little while. It is the best thing ever in the whole world it fills my heart with joy.
