I was born to be a nanny/caregiver at an early age. I was a babysitter growing up, for many years. That led me into a life of nursing. I have 25+ years in Family Practice/Peds and I loved every minute of it! I retired earlier than expected and now I find myself wanting to work some again. I have always adored babies/children and taking care of them, so this has been a perfect fit for me. I have a beautiful nursery set up in my home with everything a baby needs. I want them (and you) to feel comfortable and safe while they're here. Plus, it's a lower rate for you! My last 3 families loved this arrangement.
