A little bit about me

My name is Tangela Gauthier and I am eighteen years of age. At the age of two I was adopted into a foster family and grew up in a home that accommodated other foster children as well. Since the age of eight, I quickly familiarized myself with having to share my space, my time, and my environment with other kids my age, and younger. As I became a preteen I not only took the role of being an older sister but a general trustworthy caretaker; when my parents needed me to assume position, I did; responsibly. I cared for newborns, infants, toddlers, pre-teens and teenagers; the good, the bad, and the ugly. With my time living in this home, I not only acquired the experience of helping and loving children, but the experience made me the person that I am today. Outside of the home I have been a babysitter, a Sunday school helper, a morning care assistant and an after-school club teaching assistant for elementary schoolers.
