More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was an Au Pair for 1 year and 9 months in my care I had two babies from birth to 21 months. My responsibilities included (feeding, changing diapers, stimulation, and general care) everything related to the development of babies, additionally when I was in Colombia I worked in an adoption and protection center with babies from 3 to 12 months old carrying out early stimulation processes, I also worked in a kindergarten with children from 1.5 years to 2.5 years old, I worked in a school with children from 5 to 7 years old, in the last two experiences I did teaching tasks and I also worked in a clinic with children from 0 to 15 years old developing hospital pedagogy program, all these experiences are certified and I am willing to show them

The activities that I enjoy doing with the children are:
- Explore nature - take walks - visit parks - draw - paint - do crafts - role play - do homemade and safe experiments at home - explore textures (all activities depend on the age of the children)

I think the most important part of being a nanny is the connection with the parents, being honest, dedicated and responsible and working together in the same direction

My experience with special needs children...

I worked at the Colsanitas clinic in Bogotá Colombia with children who were hospitalized due to different diseases and conditions (among them were children with cancer, children with respiratory diseases, children undergoing surgeries among others) my job was to continue with the academic processes of the children from the clinic, for this purpose it created activities appropriate to the children's condition, activities that were also fun and released positive emotions, for which the main axis of the activities was the game "healthy, safe and promote learning”

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think that each of my experiences is different and in each one I have loved some things, but I feel that in my last experience being an Au Pair of two babies I enjoyed and loved seeing their learning and development process, it is really gratifying to see two babies develop skills and knowledge, seeing them crawl, walk, eat, for the first time, I really enjoy helping them and seeing how they achieve each goal
