"Taniyah Delgado was our infants lead at active learning center 9 I can not recall the actual dates of employment but we have worked together for over 2 years. She has great work ethic, really engages well with children and has an amazing style of communication Taniyah is an resilient and outstanding employee even tho she does have her quiet moments and tendencies she does adapt well to stressful situations in the infants she was in charge of feedings, diaper changes, parent communication when needed for more supplies such as diapers, formula and extra clothing. I would most definitely recommend rehiring her if she ever decided to come back just for the fact she is a reliable and transparent person who knows and understands what need to be done and executed."

"To Whom It May Concern,
I am happy to recommend Taniyah, who has over five years of experience working as a daycare teacher. She is a caring, patient, dependable, and hardworking person who genuinely enjoys working with children.
She has a natural ability to connect with children and create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. She understands the importance of being attentive to each child’s individual needs while also encouraging learning, confidence, and healthy development.
Over the years, she has demonstrated strong communication, responsibility, patience, and the ability to remain calm and professional in different situations. I have personally seen how much care and dedication she puts into the children she works with.
I would confidently recommend her for any position involving childcare. I believe she would be a wonderful addition to any childcare program and can be trusted to provide children with the patience, care, and attention they deserve."
